01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Plobi AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of Plobi AI, regardless of location. Use of the App constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms.

02 Description of Service

Plobi AI is an AI-powered image generation application that allows users to create visual content from text prompts. The App uses third-party AI services to generate images based on user input.

Image generation is powered by external AI providers. Quality, style, and availability of results may vary depending on the service in use at any given time.

03 User Responsibilities

By using Plobi AI, you agree to use the App responsibly and lawfully. You agree not to:

Generate images containing illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit content
Use the App to harass, threaten, or impersonate any individual or organization
Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the App's systems
Use automated means to access or overload the App's services
Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

04 Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with Plobi AI are the property of the developer. The App's codebase, design, and UI are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Images generated through Plobi AI using your prompts are created by third-party AI systems. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider.

We do not claim ownership over the images you generate. However, we make no guarantees regarding the commercial usability of AI-generated content. Please review the terms of the underlying AI provider for commercial use rights.

05 Disclaimer of Warranties

Plobi AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available
Generated images will meet your expectations or requirements
The App will be free of viruses or other harmful components

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plobi AI and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of data, revenue, or reputation resulting from reliance on generated content.

07 Third-Party Services

Plobi AI integrates with third-party AI image generation APIs. These services have their own terms of use and privacy policies, which you may also be subject to. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

Links or integrations with third-party services do not constitute an endorsement of those services.

08 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated via the App or our website. Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

09 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. As Plobi AI serves a global audience, we aim to comply with relevant regulations in the jurisdictions where the App is available.
